What is your return/exchange policy?
If Elegantblouse receives your returned merchandise within 7 days of the date you received your order, Elegantblouse will be pleased to offer a full refund for the original purchase price. Returned merchandise received within 8–14 days of the original receipt will be issued a web or store credit. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Returns are only accepted for merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the Return & Exchange Form. Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items at our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used for the purchase, or, as mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If your purchase took advantage of a free shipping offer, shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How can I make a return or an exchange?

If I buy an item online, can I exchange it in a store?

Please refer to our exchange policy procedures to ensure you include all necessary items for a convenient exchange. When returning an item by mail, it is advisable to use an insured, traceable method to guarantee safe delivery. Elegantblouse does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Special Circumstances
If you have a special situation and may need more than 14 days to return/exchange an item, for instance, you are purchasing clothing to send to a relative abroad, Elegantblouse is happy to accommodate you. You can call (+44)7307410968 or email [email protected], and we will work it out with you.
Can I cancel my order?
Elegantblouse will allow orders to be canceled within 12 hours of placing an original order. There will be no refunds for shipping and handling charges for orders canceled after 12 hours. For information on a particular order, please log into your account or email [email protected].
