Q: How do I return an item?
A: You can return the item in the same packaging or your own packaging. We do not provide return shipping labels, but you can take the item to your local post office. If you need further assistance, please call us at (+44)7307410968.
Q: Do you refund shipping?
A: We do not refund shipping unless it’s a shipment error on our end. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for purchases and returns.
Q: Is there a way for faster shipping?
A: We ship every item First Class or Priority with USPS. Currently, we do not have options set for faster shipment, but Priority usually arrives in 4- 6days, and First Class in 5-7 days.
Q: How can we tell your items are authentic name brands?
A: We have invoices and open communication with the brands we work with to ensure the validity of the product.
Q: Who do you use to ship?
A: We use USPS for shipping. For international shipments, we use DHL.
